Tiffany Champagne – Project Manager

 

Tiffany is from Federal Way, WA but has always longed to live in the city by the water. Ideally, she would combine Seattle and Lake Chelan to make her perfect dream home. She is majoring in Advertising as well as pursuing a minor in Business Administration. While she is not busy with schoolwork, she is a nanny every day after school for two kids and the Recruitment chair for her sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma. Tiffany is excellent at multitasking and staying organized, so this job is right up her alley.

 

For this company, her primary role is the Project Manager. She is in charge of keeping everyone on task and accountable for our assignments. She also oversees all our assignments to ensure they are perfect to turn in and they are pieces that people would love to learn about. This semester, she is most excited to see our mock company grow and see how far we can also grow with it. She believes each of us members play an important role in the success of our company and our winery is something our whole team is passionate about which is wine. It will be exciting to see how real and passionate we can get about our mock company.

 

After graduating and moving on from college, we are proud to say that she has already accepted a position with Amazon as a recruiter for their Talent Development program. After continuing with Amazon for a year or two, she would love to move on in the company and transition to a position having to do with their advertising and communication divisions. After working with Amazon this summer, she saw herself working with them long-term so we are excited to see where this company takes her and her career. When it comes to Tiffany and her attributes to our team, she is very easy to work with as she had an open mind and is comfortable with others taking control sometimes.

 

Tiffany has always been very creative and has a lot to bring to the table when it comes to design and ideas for Vino Vineyards. She is passionate about design and organization, so we are excited to have her on board to help with our mock company. Tiffany will do whatever it takes to make our customers happy, and provide them with excellent customer service from start to finish. She works very well in a busy environment, and can do well with planning ahead. We believe she will be a big asset to our team with her ideas for new events and promotions we can do at Vino, to ensure our guests are always happy. We love her positive attitude and cheerful energy when we are around her.

Anne Bakamis – User Experience Manager

 

As a wine and party lover, Anne is part of our management team and will help to ensure that you will always be taken care of at Vino Vineyards. She is a completing a degree in Strategic Communications with a minor in Hospitality Business Management at Washington State University. She was born and raised in Seattle, Washington but spent her summers in Lake Chelan and Cle Elum, Washington. She has always had a passion for event planning and connecting with people. After college she hopes to be getting a job in Seattle as a project manager or event planner. As the User Experience Manager she is in charge of our website, social media and getting connecting with customers to make sure that understand our projects and services and create more visibility and awareness for the Vino. Since starting this new business she is excited about learning how to create and establish a business’ social platforms and how to better serve the business and customers needs through analytics. She hopes to learn about SEO’s and what is takes in order to create and maintain traffic to the company’s site. In addition, she is excited about learning what it is like to create and business and brand from conception to final product and understanding what goes into it. Getting to learn about all new software and applications to create the business excites her and sparks creativity to apply to both the project and future endeavors.

 

She loves to dream big and has many goals and career aspirations. In her future she hopes to be able to work for Starbucks as an account manager internationally and design marketing campaigns to reach millions of people no matter what markets they are in. In addition, she would like to be a Production and Events Manager for a professional sports team. She has been around sports her whole life and loves the idea of being able to see the end results of putting on a successful event. Ultimately she wants to works for a company that is making others happy and being able to connect with people.

 

Anne is a team player and will do whatever it takes for a business to be successful. She follows the philosophy of leading by example and always tries to learn something new from whoever she come in connect with. Working in teams is her favorite because it boosts creativity and allows individuals to come together and work towards a common goal. She is always organized and is planning ahead to prepare for anything to happen. She is hardworking and detailed oriented to make sure that everything is perfect. For her problem solving and being adaptable is key. She is very understanding and tries to listen to incorporate all ideas. She has worked in customer service for the last three years and will ensure to make the client happy to establish customer and brand loyalty. When there is an issue she will try to solve it to the best of her ability and if not go ask for help to make sure that the problem gets solved. You will never meet someone more hardworking, loud at times, and compassionate as Anne.

Madison Coulter- Creative Director

 

Madison was born and raised in Mount Vernon, Washington, but has recently moved with her family to Camano Island. Camano Island is her new favorite place. Her parents have always been wine connoisseurs and she has had a passion for wine since before she can remember. Spending her summers in Lake Chelan, she got a feel for how popular and amazing the wine country is there and her love for it continues to grow. She is currently studying at Washington State University, majoring in Strategic Communication, and minoring in Hospitality. She is also a member of the sorority Kappa Kappa Gamma.

Madison has always enjoyed videography and photography, whether she is helping with her sorority’s recruitment video, or just having fun and creating a video during a weekend in Lake Chelan. At Vino Vineyards, Madison works as the Creative Director. She oversees all the Vineyard’s graphic design, videography, and photography. If you plan an event at Vino Vineyards, you will be seeing a lot of her, she will make sure to capture your favorite moments! Since starting this new business she is excited to grow her videography and photography skills as well as gain more knowledge about content creation and website management and building. She hopes to learn just what it takes to run a business and plan events, all while offering multiple other amenities such as wine tastings and wine clubs.

She has many goals and career aspirations as well. After she graduates from Washington State University, she hopes to move to a big city and pursue a career in Digital Marketing or Event Planning. She would love to move to Denver, Colorado, Los Angeles, California, or stay nearby in Seattle, Washington. Her ideal career would be to work at Kristin Banta Events in Los Angeles, California and plan massive weddings and events for the fast-paced non-stop L.A crowd.

Madison thrives in a busy environment and loves to always be on the go. She communicates with ease, and absolutely loves to meet new people from all around the world. You will never feel stressed when dealing with her because she will always be sure to get everything you need done in a great time frame. She writes everything down, so she will never forget the simple things, and she loves to see her clients happy. She loves to work in a team environment and is always open to learning new things as well as helping others to succeed. She is detail oriented and takes her time with everything she does. Perfection is important especially when planning events, and she knows this. Working in customer service for multiple years has given her the edge to keep clients happy as well as get things done in a respectable yet quick amount of time. She is always positive and tries to bring a bubbly, bright attitude to everyone she is around.

Lauren LeMaster – Content Manager

 

Lauren was born and raised in Kirkland, Washington and although she loves her hometown she has plans to move to California one day with her best friend. She is majoring in Communication with a focus on advertising, and minoring in business administration at Washington State University. Outside of school Lauren is a part of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority.

 

Within the company, Lauren is the Content Manager. The content manager’s duties include writing, and editing. Lauren is passionate about writing, so this position is perfect for her. She has been writing all throughout her life and would love to continue doing that in a future job. This semester she is most excited to see how the company grows, and what type of interactions the company can get from fans or viewers of the website. She is also excited to work with a website, and creating logos because she thinks it is great practice, and something that she may need to use later on in her career.

 

Lauren is currently a junior at Washington State University, so she still has the rest of this year plus her senior year before her professional journey can begin. She is unsure of the specific type of job that she wants, but communication has a wide variety of jobs, and she would like a job that incorporates her passion for writing, as well as her passion for fashion and makeup. Lauren received an internship with a non-profit company over the summer. She worked on their website uploading pictures, making captions and bios, and making sure everything looked good. She also got to work with their marketing team, and she loved the fast paced projects they worked on. She enjoyed the work that she did in the internship, and could see herself doing something like that again in the future again for a job.

 

Lauren is reliable, and patient. She likes to hold herself accountable for her work, and she realizes that everyone is different, so she gets along well with most people which is helpful in work environments. She enjoys working in groups because everyone has a different idea, and way they go about things, which makes the end result of the project creative and different. Lauren loves writing in her planner, and keeping track of what needs to be done. She likes to take her time on projects, to make sure everything turns out well. Lauren tries to look at the positive side of things, and knows that situations can change, but everything will turn out okay in the end.
